High performance and fibre line: The world's first pulse fibre infrared laser module with a wavelength of 1064 nm and an optical power of up to 20 W, which uses a Q switch main oscillator (photoelectric switch) and a high-performance fibre amplifier structure (MOPA). The energy transmission is via a fibre optic cable, which can greatly improve the efficiency of energy transmission and reduce energy transmission losses.

Applicable to multiple materials The MR20 laser module is suitable for high-speed and fine engraving on all common metals(copper, iron, aluminium, zinc, silver, etc.) and plastics. It can also be used for engraving on black acrylic, leather,ceramics and stones. Deep cutting: the 1064nm infrared laser is very suitable for deep engraving on clean stone slabs and shows relief effects

Metal cutting and laser rust removal: With a powerful power of 20 W and an ultra-fine light spot of 0.03 x 0.06, the MR20 fibre laser module can easily cut 0.2 mm thick aluminium business cards in one pass and can cut 0.5 mm thick brass sheets several times. The MR20 laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is very suitable for removing rust on metal surfaces and can quickly remove metal by laser.

Adapted Lightburn control motherboard: For control by the Lightburn software, MR20 module has adapted a special control motherboard for the infrared laser module. It can adjust the laser power by exposure to light and adjust the pulse rate with the rotary knob, which greatly improves work ease.
